Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960) not update. After downloading this update and installing  it goes to restart to install it. After click on restart to update it shows update is not properly download and we are getting back our update (rollback update) . I have download this update almost 4 -5 times but it doesn't install and because of this other updates are also not get install after download.

I understand that you are unable to update the windows update.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please update the BIOS, then try for the windows update and check.

 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
