Product: HP laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
During initial setup of new HP laptop when it asks for country and birthdate it won’t accept April 13 1946 and says it is required field so can’t move on

Sorry to ask, but are you sure you are entering the day and month correctly?
Asking, because in some areas of the world, April 13th is 04,13 while in other parts, it is 13, 04
