PC seems to insist on displaying old files on the website database. iphone displays the correct files on the website database.
I have deleted all of the old files on my computer but same results. My files are in GoDaddy's media file.

Hi @MJM2124,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP PC is caching old files, while your iPhone is correctly showing the updated files from GoDaddy's media database. Here are some steps to resolve this issue:
1. Force Refresh Your Browser (Hard Refresh)
Your PC may be loading cached versions of the files instead of the updated ones. Try a hard refresh:
- Chrome/Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + F5
- Safari (Mac): Press Command + Option + R
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
If a hard refresh doesn’t work, manually clear the cache:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data > Select Cached images and files > Click Clear data.
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear > Select Cached data > Click Clear now.
3. Try Incognito/Private Mode
Open your website in Incognito Mode (Private Browsing) to see if the updated files appear:
- Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
If the files appear correctly in incognito mode, then your browser was loading cached files.
4. Flush DNS Cache (PC Only)
If the issue persists, your PC might be caching DNS records. Try flushing the DNS cache:
- Open Command Prompt (Windows + R, type cmd, press Enter).
- Type: ipconfig /flushdns
Press Enter and restart your browser.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
