Hi! I've had my laptop for a little under a month now and around the second week of having it, the internet stopped letting me access YouTube. I type in www.youtube.com and it says :
Hmmm… can't reach this page
www.youtube.com took too long to respond
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I do and check everything it says to do and it says that there's a problem with the firewall and security, I run the diagnostics and everything comes back positive. It's really frustrating because a lot of the time I need YouTube to do my schoolwork and I need to use my computer but it stops letting me. I'm not sure what caused this problem but it's not going away - help!!!

Can you connect to other sites, like Microsoft?
If so, and you are using the default Edge browser, that is probably the issue because MS locks that up to "protect" folks!
Try using a different browser like FireFox or Opera.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
