Product: HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (3K0R8AV)

when i open the lid there are flashes on the caps lock key and the mic mute button and no volume button all have turned on their lights but the display doesnt respond but i fix this by pressing the power button and check the charging port for the pattern and when the pattern finishes i press d and power button the laptop turns on for a few seconds then shuts down i check the charging port again wait for the flash patterns to finish and then turn it on again now it turns on this only happens when i close the lid or put my laptop to sleep and i also noticed that win + l doesnt work
