Не працює Тачпад (сенсорна панель)

Вітаю. У мене модель ноутбуку Laptop 17 -cn3016UA(94Z27EA), драйвера установила, але не бачить компєютер пристрою. Тільки пише, що не знайдено і не може побачити тачпад (сенсорну панель). Будь ласка підкажіть, що робити в цьому випадку. Батарея не знімається, тому неможливо повністю відключити від живлення, як показано в вашій інструкції на інших відео, коли не працює тачпад. Можливо це брак. Хотілося б виправити цю проблему. Допоможіть будь ласка. Дякую. З повагою, Анна

Hello Rodrigo. I have a laptop model Laptop 17 -cn3016UA(94Z27EA), I installed the driver, but the computer does not see the device touchpad. It just says that it is not found and cannot see the touchpad. I installed windows 11 and all drivers from hp web site. I use fn+f9 and wind+f10 /f9. Double touch to touchpad on the left conner. Anything didn't work. More over when I checked the drovers on my laptop it said that it didn't see any devices like toucpad. Could you help me please. Thank you.
