HpChromebook, 14-ak050nr

I have a ChromeBook HP 14’—-the 2nd to the last row on keyboard does not work at all

what could have caused this....It was never used much at all and it was always kept in the same 

place.

 

Does anyone have any ideas??? It is 1.5 years that I have had this.  Purchased through Amazon.  Amazon could not help and I don’t have the money to call and talk with a tech person. 

 

Any help at all would be appreciated.

This computer needs to ship out for physical diagnosis. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
