The laptop supports 144Hz, but I can't select a higher value than 60 in the system. The laptop has two graphics cards. built-in from amd and discrete from intel. Both drivers updated, I can not find a solution to the issue. tell me how to set 144Hz for the system

Hi:
The product specifications for your notebook make no mention of the display being 144 Hz.

Very, very few HP notebooks have that option.
You may be able to find additional info regarding the display by entering your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below.
Then google the HP part number for the display if the Hz value is not listed, and see what you can find.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what the problem could be.
I still recommend that you google the part number from the LCD panel and see if you can find anything that proves it is 144 Hz.
For example: This panel part number from a 15-ec2000 model is 60 Hz.

This part number from another 15-ec2000 model is 144 Hz.

If supported, It should come out automatically as shown on my machine
