What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

Find Your HP Laptop Name, Product Number, or Serial Number | HP Notebooks | HP Support

It probably only has a 60 Hz display like many other 'Victus 16' notebooks come with.

It's Victus 16-d0xxx

That's not enough info.

You can find the product number of your notebook like this:

Click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

Type: System Information

The System information app should show up.

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

HP PartSurfer

The parts list indicates that it does come with a 144 Hz display and 144 Hz display cable.

RAW PANEL 16.1 FHD AG UWVA 144Hz NB2

LCD CABLE FOR 144 HZ

Why you can't set your display's refresh rate to 144 Hz, unfortunately, I do not know, but at least you know for sure that it should support that refresh rate.

I bought this laptop from a third-party agent, it's a used one. When I got i saw there was 144Hz. I wanted to install 25H2, after i installed 25H2, 144Hz disappeared.  Is there anyway to get it?
