HP Omen 15-ax203na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi for some reason i can't find the Nvidia drivers for my 15-ax203na that i've just bought and i need to reinstall them as the Nvidia Control Panel won't work, stating "you are not current using a display attached to nvidia gpu" though i was using it fine before.

On the actual support / drivers page for the 15-ax203na it actually has an AMD driver instead of Nvidia so i'm unable to download and install it, please help, thank you.

Hi:

See if this driver works.  I got it from the 15-ax000 support page...

This package contains the driver that enables the NVIDIA Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Thank you so much! This worked, infact i went to the 15-ax000 support page and compared driver versions in Device Manager, sure enough the drivers got auto updated which i found caused big problems because of the intel/nvidia graphics switch, optimus i think it was called.

Either way booted into safe mode after downloading the latest Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers, removed the currently installed (updated) versions and reverted back to the drivers off the support page. Worked perfectly! HP really needs to change the driver on the support page for my model though, gonna cause a lot of issues.

Again, thank you kindly for your help 🙂
