Product: 15t-bc200

Pavilion 15t-bc200, product id X7P41AV, [Personal Information Removed].  The screen is shattered - it still lights up but nothing is legible.  Trying to find the original resolution so I can order the correct replacement.  The product specs page (here) lists no actual specifications - just some generic documents and compatible accessories, no details about this particular laptop despite product ID and S/N.  Please help.
