ZBook 15U G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Z book 15U G5 has a high resulution screen.
Working on my homedesk I always put the Z book in a slimm docking station.

There I should work wit 2 28" monitors with 4K technologies.

Sinds a couple of weeks the resolution of the 2e screen is lower than the first screen.

first screen is at highest resolution 3840 x 2160

second screen is only possible at lower resolution 2048 x 1152 and lower.

I don't know what is the model/product of your "slimm docking station". But the calculation is very simple and you can work this out : does the "slimm docking station" have enough bandwidth to drive two 4K monitors ? What is its max ?

Regards.

@Banhien

Thanls for the answer.

I also work with an other laptop on the samen docking station and the same monitors.

I have no problem with this configuration.

Also wit the Z book, It was functional until July 2019

So, I don't think it is a docking station problem.
