Hello,
Can't connect:
HP 250 G8 Notebook PC with 2 external monitors.
I've tried with:
- HP USB-C Dock G5 100W,
- USB C 3.0-2x HDMI,
- 1 HDMI directly in laptop ,and one HDMI in converter HDMI-USB C
I've tried then also with HP Laptop 15s-EQ3xxx, but also didn't work

Its specs
https://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c06913991
It has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate1 (Data Transfer Only) therefore it is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks including HP USB-C G5 dock. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)
(Your other machine may have same USB-C port).
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (total 3), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
Regards.
