Product: Pavilion CS2111TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has 2 black dots on screen. I believe it is dead pixels. I purchased it 1 week ago. any way to remove this or should I contact HP support

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
