One day when I turned on my HP Spectre 360, I found that the bottom Task Bar was half blocked off by the Windows Display Frame. I tried Display Setting to change the "Scale" and "Resolution". all mode cannot resolve. Only for Resolution 1280 x 600 then will the Task Bar can show fully within Windows Display Frame.
When I turn the Monitor into Pad Touch Screen mode, in 1920x1080 Recommended (Window Display Frame will be inverted,), then the task bar will show up (within Window Display Frame). When I turn into Vertical Frame, the Task Bar will also can show up. But, when I fold back as Desktop mode, again the Task Bar will be blocked off by Window Display Frame.
Had searched through the support Microsoft, all didn't point to the right solution. This task bar problem does not affect the Task bar on Extended Monitor.

I have the same problem. The Window Control Panel/ Display Setting does not have the functionality to match the Window Monitor Display Frame with the Display Resolution or the "Scale To" . Thought each Monitor manufactured e.g. AOC. 3440x1440 will have a match to fit, to center or to stretch.
