I have a Model HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14 I have been using a second screen for some time.  Now the second screen just stops for no reason.  It is very hard to get the computer to recognize the 2nd screen.  I have tried two different screens, changed the cords, changed ports and turned the computer off.  Any ideas what I can do????

I am using a hub to connect the screen.

This has been working and every so often it stops showing on the second screen and it is hard to get it detected again.  The monitor works on another computer,

Hi @casino3703,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14 notebook wherein the 2nd monitor is not detected.

This issue could be an issue with the thunderbolt port.

Please try connecting the monitor to a different thunderbolt port on the unit.

I hope this helps.
Have a good day.
