I'm trying to connect 3 external 4k monitors. Currently using the HP thunderbolt dock with 2 HP E233 monitors (one connected via display port and one via hdmi port) and a samsung 32 in 4k smart tv with an hdmi to display port cable. The monitor connect via display port has resolution at 1920 x1080 at 60 hz which is great. However, the monitor via hdmi is only at 1600 x 900 at 59 hz and the samsung at 1920 x 1080 at 30 hz. How can I improve the resolution on the tv and second monitor?

HP has many HP thunderbolt docks, what is yours ? Three 4K monitors are too much for dots (resolutions). Please use the following document to work out how many monitors you can connect for each dock
