Good morning,
I'm having trouble updating the drivers for the 3rd generation Intel Graphics I3 350M video card, integrated on my notebook G2-b13sl serial number[edit ]Product number XF278EA together with an ATI Mobility Radeon video card. I tried to install the 3rd generation drivers on the site (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?wapkw=Intel... % 20HD% 20Graphics) but obviously it was not possible, as the minimum requirements are not supported being incompatible with the video card present.
The fact of not being able to update the Intel card does not allow updating of the second one. This causes problems when connecting to another screen, both with an HDMI cable (nothing is displayed) nor with the search via Wi-Fi. The installed operating system is Windows 10 completely updated. How can I solve the problem? Is there a possibility that update drivers will be released for the graphics card in question?
I contacted Intel support, but they said it was a problem with HP support and not theirs.
I look forward to your feedback. Thanks and Regards, Roberto S.

@Bertoct88 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to install the graphics drivers.
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
