Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A black bar about 4" wide appeared on the right side of my screen when I started my computer out of sleep mode. I didn't make any major changes recently. It doesn't shrink the screen, it covers the right side of the screen. I've tried restarting my computer, changing screen resolution (and reverting), doing a clean boot, and updating my video driver, but none of that has worked. I have attached a picture I took with my phone.IMG_20190522_232545.jpg

I've seen it both when Chrome and Firefox are open. However, it is not inside the browser, as that part of the screen is black even when no windows are open. It's as if that section of the screen just died.
