Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all. I just got HP envy 16 notebook that has intel 17 12700H, RTX3060,4k amoled touch screen. But when i used these days, i found that this screen has some kind of grid or mesh under white or bright colour. Is it normal? HP engineer said this is not quality problem, for the the 4k oled touch screen bring the grid or mesh（or something like this reticulate "feeling"） to eyes.  Does anybody has any ideas?

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Could you please share a picture of the screen where you are facing this issue?

Also, is it happening only while using any particular application?
