I am advised by the HP Support Assistant software that I need to update AMD High Definition Graphics Driver_KB
I set it off to run & it appears to go through the motions then it comes up with the message: "Failed Installation"
I have tried several times with the same result.
What am I supposed to do next?

Hi! @anguish, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand you have issues upgrading the graphics driver using HP support assistant.
Don't worry I'd love to help you out.
What is graphics driver version you are installing on your PC?
Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Please uninstall the AMD graphics from device manager and install the latest driver from AMD website directly.
Go to windows desktop
Hold Windows key + Letter R key.
Run dialog box would open type devmgmt.msc
Device manager window will open.
Expand Display adapter.
Right click the AMD graphics and click uninstall.
Restart your PC.
Once your PC is restarted, download the AMD auto detect tool using this link. It will install the best and latest driver for your PC.
Let me know how it goes!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂
