I have an HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g133cl in the notebook specification says that the card has 2 gb, however only appears 512 MB of dedicated memory, does anyone know how to solve it?
Thank you.

@renatoweb Welcome to HP Forums Community!
I've checked your product specifications and I see the GPU is 2GB as you've mentioned, to help you I'll need to know where you get the information about it being 512MB? Is there anyway you could send a screenshot of the screen you get this info on?
Meanwhile, please run an extensive test on the device to ensure the low memory isn't a result of any malfunctions:
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
- Click Extensive Test.
- Click Run once, or Loop until error.
- While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component display on the screen.
If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.
let me know how that pans out,
And the answer to the above question will help me, help you!
Keep me posted, and if any of the above questionnaires helped resolve the issue,

Good luck.
