Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There !!

On my laptop I have AMD A8-7410 CPU & AMD RADEON R5 M33O 2GB DEDICATED GPU. Complete specs available here.

Windows 10 Task Manager is not showing graphics temperature & dedicated video ram is also 512mb instead of 2GB.

Please help out.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi@VigneshBordikar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to decrease the dedicated video memory on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps to decrease the video memory.

Restart your PC and press the F10 key repeatedly during the bootup to boot to BIOS.

In the BIOS menu, go to Advanced Features or similar options.

Now click on video/ Graphics settings or VGA Share Memory Size. If you don’t find these options, look for a category with a similar option.

Adjust the option that best suits your task.

Save the changes and restart your system.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
