AMD Radeon 535DX Not Using GPU.

Hello.!

I bought a new computer this:  hp 15-bw010nh 2gh64ea 

Configuration:

 Proc: AMD A12-9720P Radeon R7 12 compute cores 4C+8G

Videocard: AMD Radeon 530  [4GB]  (I download graphics card driver from HP drivers menu and converted to AMD Radeon 535DX)

Dual Graphics : AMD Radeon R7 Graphics.

[ But I Can Use AMD Radeon R7 m340 driver from AMD site detect automaticly]

The Problem is:

I can't run any game in GPU only running on CPU.

I tried everything!!

-Change Powersettings to High Performance (Peoples say it's a GPU)

-Downloading/Installing Latest Driver From HP or AMD site.

-I out of options.. please somebody just help me out...

I understand that you have regarding your new HP 15 since all the games are running on the CPU instead of the GPU

HP Computers with switchable graphics will operate in one of two modes: Fixed Mode or Dynamic Mode. Earlier models supported Fixed Mode while later models support Dynamic Mode.

Dynamic Mode switchable graphics were introduced because Dynamic Mode preserves maximum battery life. Dynamic Mode enables the computer to use both the integrated and discrete graphics processors without restarting or resetting the display.

Based on the computer's requirement it will automatically switch between CPU and GPU when required.

entiendo sobre el intercambio dinamico pero al ver en el administrador de tareas la pestaña rendimiento la tarjeta 535dx no muestra señales de uso por mas que este configurado en alto rendimiento puse los juegos en su mas alta capacidad y aun asi no muestra señales de uso que solucion le prodria dar??
