After reinstalling Windows 11 and updating the BIOS on my HP ZBook 14u G5 Mobile Workstation, the dedicated GPU (AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100) is no longer detected by the system.

Only Intel UHD Graphics is visible in Device Manager and system tools. The AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 does not appear in BIOS information, Device Manager, or any hardware detection utilities.

The GPU was working normally before the BIOS update/reflash and Windows reinstall.

I need help confirming whether this is related to a BIOS regression, configuration issue, or possible hardware failure, and whether a specific BIOS version is required to restore proper detection of the AMD GPU.
