Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand the AMD driver isn't working,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Have you attempted to download the drivers from the AMD website, if it isn't working from HP?
Click here to download the auto-detect utility to install the latest driver in store for you product,
If the issue persists, I recommend you recover the original driver from the HP Recovery Manager: Click here for steps.
Also, please elaborate on your concern for further assistance.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
Does this mean you've already attempted to recover the drivers from the recovery manager using the steps on the link I had shared earlier?
If yes, I recommend a system refresh via the Microsoft Push-button reset: Click here for steps.
