Hi
Since I bought this notebook, I've struggled with graphic card issues.
I can't play a game with my computer as the AMD Radeon driver does not work properly but it is possible to play with integrated intel graphics with low resolution. I know that the hardware (AMD video card) is capable to handle many games with low graphics as I watched on youtube, but it seems very laggy and not working in my experience(the FPS drops from 80 to 10). I tried disabling the AMD driver and playing with the integrated graphics, Unexpectedly it worked way smoother than with the AMD driver. I've also noticed in the task manager that the AMD driver stocks using only 20 percent of its capability while playing any games.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
From what I have understood, AMD Radeon driver does not work properly on your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix it.
May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software related changes?
Is it happening only while playing games?
To fix the driver issue, you can uninstall the AMD driver in Safe Mode, then allow Windows to reinstall the graphics driver automatically.
To do so:
1) Go to Safe Mode.
2) In Device Manager, under category “Display adapters”, right-click on AMD Graphics device and click Uninstall.
3) Windows will prompt you to confirm the uninstallation. Check the Delete the driver software for this device checkbox and click OK.
4) Reboot Windows.
5) After rebooting, if you still get this error, try to perform a clean install of AMD drivers again.

I've been busy lately and couldn't test your suggestions till now. I tried solutions you said, but I still have trouble playing games with my laptop. Likewise, I attached a log from task manager that shows how windows or drivers are unable to handle graphics while playing Valorant. I guess AMD device can not reach its maximum performance anyway. Also, in the game, maximum fps could reach was 50, and was not stable (drops from 50 to 7), so it's not playable at all. All the graphical game settings are set low, and I have chosen AMD driver for my games in windows graphic settings.
I also tried turning off the Intel driver, but it worsened the problem. I uninstalled the AMD driver and Intel graphics driver in the safe mood and installed downloaded drivers from hp and AMD official site, but the only thing that changed was the name of AMD driver to AMD Radeon R7M460. Furthermore, I know that my laptop is not a gaming one, but I'm pretty sure games like Valorant are playable in low graphics with my device. Hope that it would be a way to use my AMD graphics.
