Howdy all! I hope someone can help me with this. My laptop is just over a year old. My issue is mostly from playing Forge Of Empires browser game on multiple browsers, but, I prefer Opera browser. The game stops randomly while playing the game. It will just stop & hang. I can sometimes get it to come back by releasing RAM with IOBIT Advanced System Care. Ultimately it will give me a Radeon bug report window which I have filled out a number of times. The other times it will go right to the Blue screen of death & reboot. It only happened once while watching a video. I read online that this is a known issue, but no solution has been found to date. I have updated all available drivers & software on my system. Just ask if you need any more info.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Pavilion Laptop freezes hangs then crashes.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
- Run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine whether the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose any hardware failures.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
