HP Notebook - 14-cm0104au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting a trouble for my new laptop, it keeps crashing after I update the display driver (AMD Radeon Vega 3) . Anyone experiencing like this? What are your solutions for this?

What I do for now is:

- Turn off the automatic updates

- Use the default display Driver

Specifications of (HP Notebook - 14-cm0104au):

- Windows 10 64 bit (I use my own installer because the default installed OS is not good and buggy)

- AMD Ryzen 3 2.5GHz (4cpus)

- 1 TB HDD

- 4 GB ram

- AMD Radeon Vega 3 (this is the problem)

I purchase the laptop online, due to this pandemic I can't return this laptop to the online seller (manufacturer) because they keep telling me that the physical store is closed and now they are not responding to my problem.

Hope you can help me to solve my problem.

Thank you,
