A while back I upgraded my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 home. For a while, everything worked great! But
after a few months, everything went bonkers. My audio stopped working, my amd catalyst software said it didnt detect
any amd graphics hardware, my battery said it couldnt take any charge, and my ssd seemed just about as fast as a
regular hard drive.
After weeks of trying to fix everything, and succeeding on everything but the graphics drivers, I decided to restart and do a fresh install of windows 10 home. It installed successfully, and everything worked, EXCEPT the amd graphics. It still didn't detect any amd hardware.
Since I am tired of trying to figure this out myself, I decided to post this and see if anyone could help.

I checked for the Windows 10 drivers for the Radeon HD 7400m, unfortunately we were unable to find it. If needed you will have to get back to the Original Factory OS

I understand that your Notebook is not detecting your AMD Graphics card even after doing a Windows 10 Reinstall
I'll try my best to help.
I suggest you download the AMD Auto Detect Tool from this Link: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/installer/18.10/beta/radeon-software-adrenalin-18.4.1-minimalsetup-1804...
You can refer to this Link: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
If the issue persists, you might have to reinstall the Original Factory OS Windows 7 and check.

Unfortunately it seems AMD doesn't have the drivers for your Graphics Card since it is an older Model. As informed earlier you might have to reinstall the Original Factory OS.
