Will a ProBook 445 Ryzon 7 4700u, and a Zook 14 G5 support a AOC CQ32G1 with 144hz rate. I also have a docking station hp docking station c/a. Looking at the specifications 60 hz is the maximum.

445 G5 machines have following ports
(1) USB 3.1 Type-C (1) USB 2.0 powered port (2) USB 3.0 ports (1) HDMI 1.4b port (cable sold seperately) (1) RJ-45/Ethernet port (1) AC power port (1) VGA port (1) Headphone/microphone combo jack |
Zbook 14u G5 machines have following ports
Left side (1) USB 3.0 charging port (1) Security lock slot Right side (1) USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1) USB 3.0 port (1) Headphone/microphone combo jack (1) RJ-45/Ethernet port (1) Side docking connector (1) Power connector |
I believe they also have 1 USB Type-C (Thunderbolt) port and 1 HDMI 1.4 port.
Depending on how do you connect them but you would get 144Hz but low resolution.
Regards.

It sounds like the maximum rate is 60Hz if I use the docking station, through the USB Type C, even if I connect straight to it, the resolution looks like it will suffer, since most curved screens are above 60Hz, well the good ones, it will suffice for day to day work, and the occasional watching TV off the internet, and since I do not game.
