HP Recommended

i have hp pavilion x360 convertible laptop ,and i want to extend the display, the  windows is detecting both the dispaly, and sometimes both display are shows and also estends , not duplicate , but sometimes one display with type-c adapter  just ranomly goes off , and doesn't show the display, furthermore i have used type-c to hdmi adapter. I have been using the windows 11.

i have even update the every drivers from the windows, and the adapter is working fine.
