I have an hp docking station and 2 Acer monitors. How do I get my laptop to view on monitor? Also the hdmi cable won't fit into Acer monitor. Can I use one vga cable from docking station and one vga cable in laptop for each monitor?

Yes, You can use one from the notebook and another VGA from the docking station.
