Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I hope to be as clear as possible regarding my problem on my new hp victus.
When the PC is turned off, the battery discharges by about 10% every 24 hours. I have deactivated the quick start function and I have disabled the usb ports on function when the pc is not connected to the grid power, but all of this is useless.
From the battery history chart and summary in the system options, no app uses the pc while it is off (as it should be), but regarding the screen it says that it remains activated all the time. I don't know if it is a factory defect and the pc should be given to an HP center.
Thank you for your time.
