HP Rechargeable Active Pen G3
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought the HP Omnibook 5 Flip 2-in-1 Laptop and the Active Pen G3 together two days ago, so both are brand new - but the Pen is not writing. It connects via bluetooth perfectly, and all the buttons work fine for the allocated shortcuts, and my finger works on the screen, but the actual pen is not registering when I want to write.

I have tried resetting my laptop, forgetting the devide and reconnecting, changing the pen nib, and downloading all driver updates but nothing is working. I have had these both less than 24 hours, so it should not be a hardware issue.

The pen is compatible with the laptop as well, so this shouldn't be an issue either.

What can I do to fix this?
