Hello,
So a few weeks ago the HP Active Pen that came with my laptop began to have issues, so I replaced the battery and it worked perfectly for about 1 day. Afterwards it completely stopped working. the touchscreen features on my laptop works perfectly fine with my finger but doesn't even register that I am using an Active Pen. I have tried numerous times to change the batteries, check for updates, etc; but nothing is working. Can someone please help me getting the pen working again!
