Hi
I am trying to add 2 external monitors to my Laptop (Total 3 ). I purchased a Anker Dual HDMI USB C Adapter but there is no screen response.Any ideas?

What is your HP 15s-fq2xxx ? It should have same ports as the following machine
It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors, you can use
M1: HDMI direct cable
M2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

Hi,
HP EliteBook 840 G2 - Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 5500
I want to connect 2 external monitors. I have the following configuration
M1: Display Port cable into laptop Display Port
M2: HDMI cable into HDMI to USB 3 adapter into laptop USB port
M2 does not work. Can you assist please.

I purchased the adapter shown in the link below. However, having read the spec again, I cannot see Display link certified .
USB to HDMI Adapter, USB 3.0/2.0 to HDMI Adapter 1080P Full HD(Male to Female) Video and Audio Multi-Display Converter
