Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VN14AV)
I just purchased the HP 2024 laptop, Ryzen 3. I have 2 external monitors I am trying to connect, but they will only connect when plugged directly into the laptop via HDMI, but there is only 1 HDMI port on the laptop. I have tried 3 different docking stations, none of which work. The monitors also have a USB-C cable, but that also does not work when plugged directly into the laptop, only the HDMI. Do I need a specific docking station or specific cables to be able to use 2 external monitors? I purchased this for work, I was originally using my personal MacBook which worked perfectly.
