Advertised Price not being honored

I don't know where to post this but I was hoping someone would be able to help me.

On December 1 HP posted that the Pavilion 15Z Touch reduced to $449 was available with an R7/512 upgrade for $499. When we called the number they said that the price was for a different model laptop. I find this rather problematic and am hoping that some has had a similar experience and was able to resolve it as they told us they would not honor the price.
