Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1000 (3N389AV)

Hello together, 

 

my computer has an issue that is really annoying to deal with: I bought myself the docking station USB-C G5 Essential Docking Station. When i connect my computer everything works normal, meaning the screen is extended on my monitor. At one point i need to go to a meeting with my computer and therefore need to disconnect my computer from the docking station. Mostly, because i have serveral taps open i bring the computer in sleep modus or just disconnect my computer. Couple of times that worked but since than the screen of my computer stays black. The computer is still working what i noticed through the face recongnition to login and playing a movie that i can start playing. (It looks like that the computer still thinks it is connected to my screen.)

In reason I do a hard shut down (just pushing the out button) and let the computer start again. In my opinion that cant be the solution right? 

 

Please help me, if you need further information let me know.
