Hi,
I ran windows update recently on my HP laptop HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1012dx, 64 bit machine and upgraded to windows 10. When i tried to watch videos on you tube its giving error as "An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: BOm6lIinftBqO20-)"
can any one please help me with solution to resolve.
I tried deleting browser cookies , updating graphics derivers bit dint worked. Can you please help to resolve.

I installed adobe flash player & restarted machine but still no luck the videos keeps on showing loading spinner with black screen on youtube. Actually for windows 10 there is no need to install separate adobe flash right ? as its have inbuilt with Microsoft edge browser. please assist how to resolve issue.
