Example: Pavilion Dv7 65XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.I searched for this problem on the Internet and on your site and tried to do what was said, but as I could not come to a conclusion, I needed to ask You for help. I just formatted my device and updated windows 10 to its latest version. However, after the format, problems started to emerge. Although my computer supports Intel Core i7 and AMD Radeon, I cannot install the AMD graphics driver. I have tried all sorts of ways to install the AMD driver, but I have failed. As soon as I install the AMD driver, the screen goes blank and the PC does not turn on until Ben enters Safe mode and disables this driver. I think my video card cannot be corrupted because it was working before the format. Please can you help?

As you said, I tried downloading the drivers released before 2013 and installing them one by one.
The problem was solved only after installing the driver on this link.

Thank you very much for your help. Thanks to You I managed to solve this problem.

You have to install Intel video driver first. By the way what EXACTLY is your Pavilion Dv7 65XX ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

First of all, thank you very much for your answer.
machine model: HP Pavilion dv7-6c06ev Entertainment Notebook PC

Intel video driver was already installed with Windows update after format. There is no problem with the Intel video driver.

Probably your machine was manufactured before August 2013 therefore no Windows 10 drivers for it. Please try the following driver for Windows 8/8.1

Yes, Computer was produced before August 2013. I installed the driver you provided and this time the screen did not go dark. I guess we got a little closer to the solution.
However, when I checked the driver from the Device Manager section, I saw that there is a yellow " ⚠️ " warning icon on the drive. And such a warning appeared on the screen. ((No AMD graphics driver is, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.)). What could be the reason for this in your opinion?

There are Icons on the label above and below the computer that show that it is compatible with Windows 7. Do I need to install the Windows 7 compatible version of this driver? Can we try this?
