How can I stop the taskbar on the lower right of my Spectre360 from moving side to side? It's the taskbar that shows things like wifi connection, the power source, and speaker volume level. It's very annoying, especially if I'm trying to click on an icon there. But it moves side to side every time I wake up my computer or boot it up. Has anyone had this problem?

I can offer the following:
Windows 10 offers a number of ways to let you set the Taskbar the way you like.
Settings > Personalization > Taskbar
Click Select which icons appear on the taskbar
If you want all items to show on the taskbar, set / select ON Always show all icons in the notification area
Else
Switch that option to OFF and select (click ON) those items you want to see
If you do not want anything to change in the taskbar after you get it set the way you like, go back to the main "Taskbar" setting page and try selecting (Set ON) Lock the Taskbar
Take time to look at the other Taskbar settings that are available.

You are welcome.
You may not have to "live with it"; it is possible that I don't even understand the problem from your perspective.
At the least, even if you cannot easily change the behavior, you should be able to find an explanation that makes sense to you. Too, there may be methods you can use to manipulate the Taskbar into more of the behavior that you desire.
After reading your response, it is certainly possible that I do not understand your question.
If I understand the issue, perhaps I am not sensitive to the annoyance factor. ?? I work pretty fast sometimes - I click whatever and "where" ever it is necessary to continue the work flow. This means I have to be ready to react to a changing environment. So, I sympathize but I may not understand the extent of how the behavior is annoying.
For example,
- Locking the Taskbar does not actually lock all actions that are a part of the software represented by a particular icon.
If an icon provides an "animated" state and that option is active, the icon will change shape, size, or perhaps expand in some manner.
- Some icons only show up at (those) times that the particular program is active.
As an example, I have a backup program that creates a zone image of the system - the program only runs on occasion, say, twice a month. When the software is open and active, the software's icon shows up on the Taskbar; other icons "move" to the side to make room for the active software. When the task is complete, the icon for the image backup program disappears.
So, keep looking for something that erases the troublesome icons from your Taskbar or forces said icons into compliance. It's Windows - the answer may be out there.
If you want to have a selection of icons that "stick" on the Taskbar (and do not "move") you can add shortcuts to the Taskbar using a variety of methods, including:
- Right-Click on application (for example, in Start menu) > More (or Properties) > Send to Taskbar
- Right-Click on Taskbar > Toolbars > New Toolbar
Create folders containing shortcuts > Add the Toolbar to the Taskbar
Click open the Toolbar or Click the double-down arrows to open a list of icons / shortcuts in that Toolbar folder
Example
Toolbar_on_Taskbar_1
So, if you don't like this answer, keep looking. Smiling.
Good Luck.
