Applications opening too small

Just got a new laptop and some applications open with the menus very small so you can't use them. For example see screenshot of Photoshop below. I don't think it's the resolution because desktop and browser seem fine. Resolution is set to 3200 x 1800.

I understand that after upgrading to Windows 10 the icons on the taskbar are very small. You can check the taskbar settings to see if there is an option to increase the size.

• Right-click on the taskbar and choose properties.
• If the option "use small taskbar buttons" is checked,  please remove it.
• Click OK .

The problem isn't that the taskbar icons are too small, it's because the applications (all applications) are opening too small.

Thank you for the reply. To assist you more effectively with this  I will need your precise model of HP Envy 13. The link to assist you with providing that information is in my previous post.
