Product: HP ENVY - 17m-ae111dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have two hp laptops that has the Arc graphics card. One I use at church for live streaming with two software apps Wirecast and Blackmagic. Lately while streaming the frame of the wirecast remains on the screen but all the image files disappear and the app locks up except for the audio is still working and there is nothing you can do to get it restored except closing everything and restarting. It happened twice in a 1.15 hour production. Did some research on AI and they said there are many issues with this card and they stopped making them.
any thoughts
