Hi.. When I bought my HP notebook last March 2020..just after 5days there were dead pixels at the bottom part.. I really want to return it but due to pandemic, I haven't return it because the store was close until 2months.. but that time my HP notebook created a big black spot on the upper left of the screen.. And also some burn in the bottom part of the screen.. I tried to go to the nearest service center but I was advice to go to the main service center.. that time they were still closed due to pandemic.  I tried to follow the instructions of the virtual agent to rub the dead pixels softly but dead pixels spread out.. the big black spot were gone but it spreads out on the upper part of the screen.. I'm really frustrated because I'm using this for my online job and also for my daughters' online class.. What can I do about this?? Will they cover the replacement of lcd or can they repair it?
