Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V791AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had purchased an Arzopa monitor to use as an external monitor for my HP laptop. When I plug in the USB-C port, the Arzopa screen comes on and then goes into Power Mode. However, when I plug in the HDMI port, the Arozopa screen does not come on at all! Please Help!

According to the product specs the model series' USB-C port does not support video out.

 

HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 series specifications | HP® Support

 

USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported)

 

That is why the monitor you bought is not getting any signal from the USB-C port.
