I am reaching out to seek your expertise regarding a functional issue with a recently acquired laptop.

To provide context, I have recently purchased a laptop that includes a privacy screen feature, which is activated using the FN+F2 key combination. Regrettably, I have encountered a challenge in getting this particular function to operate as expected.

In my efforts to resolve this matter, I have conducted a thorough review of the laptop's BIOS settings, but regrettably, I have not been able to locate any options related to the activation of the FN+F2 privacy screen functionality.

Considering your proficiency in matters of laptop hardware and system configuration, I am kindly requesting your guidance on how to successfully enable the FN+F2 privacy screen function. Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
