Hi

This problem only occurs on the John Lewis website.

When visiting any beauty or fashion page if you click on a particular product as soon as you move the mouse once the image has been loaded I get the aw snap error and the page disappears. It doesn't happen on electricals or household items just beauty and fashion. Very strange, nobody has an answer. Carried out all the suggestions given when I've googled it.

I use Chrome but it happens on Edge too all be it with a different error message.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Edge and Chrome use the same browser engine at the core, so problems with one will be seen in the other.

All I can suggest is using a very different browser like Firefox, or Opera, or Vivaldi.
