Hi all,
I'm experiencing blues screens of death every time I connect my Spectre x360 to an external monitor. I'm using the USB-C to HDMI dongle provided with the laptop, and have tried several monitors, old and new, as well as different cable.
This looks a lot like a driver problem to me, but as far as I can tell, all drivers are up to date, and so is Windows. I've had the laptop for about a month now, and have had this issue since day one.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed, perhaps with OEM drivers or other neat little trick?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the display issue.
Let's try these steps -
1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
2) In Device Manager, expand Display Adapter.
3) Right-click on the Display Adapter, and then select Uninstall device > Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
Download and install the BIOS, Chipset drivers from this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
